Lovely large vintage French bistro set with large white painted wrought iron garden table and four chairs. The table top has the classic perforated decorative surface (designed to allow water to pass through to prevent rust from building up) and a central hole (through which an umbrella can be passed) and the chairs decorative scrolls which are characteristic of the cafe style furniture which became fashionable in France in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
There are two carver chairs with arms and two other chais with the same scroll detail and perforations on the seats. This is vintage furniture, so there are signs of wear and aging, but this just adds to the vintage patina.
