Thank you for choosing Suzie Catlin Designs. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products or services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Product Information
At Suzie Catlin Designs, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality imagery for all our items. Many of our products are handmade, up-cycled, or vintage, which may result in slight variations in appearance. These unique qualities are part of their charm and are not considered defects. If you have any specific queries about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order is confirmed, payment must be made in full via the payment methods provided on our website. We use secure systems to process all transactions to ensure your information is protected.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to dispatch all standard orders within the timeframe specified during the checkout process. For custom or made-to-order items, production times will vary, and these will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Wherever possible we recycle packaging, so your package may not look pristine, but the item will be well protected. We use Evri or Royal Mail to post items. Delivery fees and times depend on the weight / size of the item and your location.
When purchasing heavy items, such as furniture the website states that delivery will be agreed post purchase and will be at additional cost. Furniture can be collected in person, delivered by Suzie Catlin Designs (if local) or couriered, whichever is the method of choice. While Suzie Catlin Designs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, we will assist in resolving any issues that arise.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns for bespoke or custom-made items are not accepted unless the item is defective. For all returns, please contact us at the email address below to initiate the process.
5. Bespoke and Custom Orders
We pride ourselves on offering tailored design services. For bespoke items, we will provide detailed consultations to ensure the final product meets your expectations. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Once production has begun, changes to the design or specifications may not be possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, product descriptions, and branding, on the Suzie Catlin Designs website and social media platforms, remains the property of Suzie Catlin Designs. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
Suzie Catlin Designs ensures that all products meet quality standards. However, we are not liable for damages or issues arising from misuse of our items.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Scotland and Wales.
