Returns and Refunds

The majority of my pieces are old, being vintage or antique and often show signs of age which adds to their beauty, making them what they are today.  Some pieces have been mended over the passage of time (and if this is the case, there is a description and photo of the repair with the piece).  The majority of my pieces are one off's and unique.  On this basis pieces are purchased as seen on the website and returns are not accepted.

Returns for bespoke or custom-made items (such as lampshades) are not accepted unless the item is defective.

If however an item arrives damaged, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, and in its original packaging.  For all returns, please contact me at suziecatlindesigns@gmail.com to initiate the process.
