Antique French Sarreguemines 'Flore' pattern blue and white transferware ceramic bowl. 

Sarreguemines is a French pottery manufacturer founded in 1790 in Sarreguemines, Lorraine.  The company were renowned for their high-quality earthenware and faience, particularly its transferware patterns, which were popular in the late 19th & early 20th centuries. 

The 'U&C" in the mark stands for 'Utzschneider & Cie' a partnership that significantly contributed to the factory's success and international reputation.  It is suggested that this dates back to circa 1880 - 1920.
