This is a really lovely vintage Bavarian tin which has scenes of Bamberg, a city which sits on the Regnitz river in Germany. It says on it 'Gruss aus Bamberg' Greetings from Bamberg on the front lid and on the back it has 'Schonleinsplatz in Bamberg'
It has a hinged back and a sticker on the front (which could be removed, but I have left it there to ensure its authenticity).
