Large vintage / antique French stoneware jug, traditionally from the 19th century used for storing liquids.  The jug has two handles and a pouring spout.  These were made by hand and so often have inperfections in them.  This one has a slight dip in shape on one side, but this just adds to the rustic look of the item.
