This is a particularly nice vintage two-tiered French wirework plant stand which was originally white but due to age, some rust is showing through. It has lovely ornate detaling to all areas of the stand from the scrolled feet at the bottom to the two tiers and the legs inbetween. Please note that one of the feet has rusted (see photos), but this doesn't detract from the functionality of the piece.
